The first of the conference series planned by the Department of Political Science and International Relations in order to encourage undergraduate and graduate students to conduct research in the discipline of Political Science and International Relations, to ensure the adaptation of the achievements acquired in courses to real-world problems, and to develop students’ academic writing, public speaking, and presentation skills, was held on May 5, 2026 at the Ataköy building of the Bakırköy Campus of Istanbul Kültür University.

Prof. Dr. İbrahim Mensur Akgün, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nazlı Çağın Bilgili, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nur Sinem Kourou, and Research Assistant Özgün Elif Çaldemir, esteemed members of our department, have been honored with awards at the ATESIS’25 Academic Incentive Evaluation Program and the IKU Awards 2025 ceremonies.
